The IT Support Specialist at Autobooks is the first line of support for internal customers and is a key partner to all areas of the business.
As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Autobooks, you will apply your critical thinking and bug catching savvy towards improving the customer experience for our users. This position will be responsible for quality assurance activities that include understanding business requirements, creating and reviewing test documentation, executing test scripts, tracking defects, and monitoring testing activity. The Quality Assurance Engineer will be very hands on & will serve as a subject matter expert on the development of testing approaches, methodologies, requirements, and the creation of performance and regression testing scenarios, frameworks and scripts using automated processes.

small businesses. We are looking for a team member that can accelerate our growth as a thought leader
and help us to become the leading source for small business content. An Autobooks content marketer
will plan and produce engaging content, build and manage campaigns, and analyze campaign results to
determine what worked and what needs to change moving forward.
As a Production Support Analyst at Autobooks, you will apply your critical thinking and accounting
knowledge towards supporting the Autobooks application. This position will be
responsible for transactional reconciliation, log reviews, tracking metrics, and supporting internal teams
by becoming a subject matter expert of the Autobooks application. The Production Support Analyst will
be very hands on in both supporting the daily operations of the Autobooks application and serving team
members by answering questions, completing tasks, and tackling ad-hoc projects.

advantage. This candidate is likely someone that has shifted to project management from a more tech specific role in the past which gives them an excellent technical foundation as a project manager / scrum master.
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will provide our small and medium business (SMB)
customers with the support they need to be successful growing their businesses with Autobooks.
Our Customer Success Specialists focus on a particularly critical aspect of growth: Onboarding
SMBs who have recently enrolled in Autobooks, consultatively training them on effective use of the
platform, and guiding them through processing their first payments.
In this role, you will play a key part in the user activation strategy of a fast-paced, high growth
startup; providing a white-glove experience for our newest SMBs to ensure they become highly
successful users. As such, you should be a person who has a strong work ethic, excellent written
and verbal communication skills, is deeply passionate about helping small businesses succeed, and
always strives to provide the best customer experience.
As a Customer Care Representative you provide Small Business customers and Financial Institution
partners with software support via chat, e-mail, and phone. They will look to you as their consultant
and subject matter expert. You enjoy and are proficient at deep dive troubleshooting of technical
software issues while also relishing the ‘people side’: building relationships and delivering outstanding
Your customer-facing expertise and familiarity with our product will give you the opportunity to partner
with Customer Care Leadership, plus Technology Teams, such as Design and Engineering, on a variety of
projects, with room for career growth. Experience working in a helpdesk or technical support role at a
software or technology company is encouraged.
Our company is looking for a Retention Specialist to join our Customer Success team. You will use active
listening skills to understand customer concerns and work to provide them with solutions. In this
proactive support role, we expect you to be able to get in front of issues as soon as possible and give us
feedback on how to improve client retention. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or experience
in customer support and issue resolution. We will provide training on the products or services we offer
so you can educate customers on the true value of our company.
The ideal person for this role will be responsible for the development and administration of BI tools along
with complete knowledge of the BI system. You will convert raw data into meaningful insights through
interactive and easy-to-understand dashboards and reports.
The Account Management Specialist (AMS) is a hybrid between a market manager and a
client relations specialist. He/she manages a portfolio of client financial institutions and is
responsible for the success of their Autobooks install. The AMS designs and executes go
to market strategies for those institutions, supports the small businesses that bank with
them, and manages tactical requests to best serve them with the Autobooks program.
