The Account Management Specialist (AMS) is a hybrid between a market manager and a client relations specialist. He/she manages a portfolio of client financial institutions and is
responsible for the success of their Autobooks install. The AMS designs and executes go to market strategies for those institutions, supports the small businesses that bank with
them, and manages tactical requests to best serve them with the Autobooks program.

The IT Help Desk Admin at Autobooks is the first line of support for internal customers and is a key partner to all areas of the business.
This individual will be accountable for managing the end-to-end talent attraction process for Autobooks. As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Autobooks, you will apply your critical thinking and bug catching savvy towards improving the customer experience for our users. This position will be responsible for quality assurance activities that include understanding business requirements, creating and reviewing test documentation, executing test scripts, tracking defects, and monitoring testing activity. The Quality Assurance Engineer will be very hands on & will serve as a subject matter expert on the development of testing approaches, methodologies, requirements, and the creation of performance and regression testing scenarios, frameworks and scripts using automated processes.
Our team is looking for a motivated individual with accounting or finance experience that wants to become an integral part of developing financial software! The solution engineer will be involved from beginning to end of the software development lifecycle.
