Outbound calls and inbound requests for demos are the focus in this role. Highlighting to SMB clients the value of our platform. This is an hourly position plus commission.
A successful candidate for this role will have strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, be highly fluent in design and development of large multi-tier systems, and possess a strong desire to tackle complex business problems with creative solutions. You will be responsible for the development and management of technology that empowers the Autobooks product development teams to rapidly solve business problems for our
customers. This role will collaborate with a wide range of internal partners to engineer automated solutions to reduce manual effort and promote availability, resiliency, and security for the Autobooks platform.
Autobooks works with financial institutions across the country to provide better digital banking tools to small businesses. The purpose of the position is to mitigate risk and manage business operations to be compliant with payment processing industry regulations and requirements. This is a critical role to our overall financial platform and this person will develop and administer all key risk management programs and policies.

The Account Management Specialist (AMS) is a hybrid between a market manager and a client relations specialist. He/she manages a portfolio of client financial institutions and is
responsible for the success of their Autobooks install. The AMS designs and executes go to market strategies for those institutions, supports the small businesses that bank with
them, and manages tactical requests to best serve them with the Autobooks program.
The nature of this role centers around leading a team of frontline workers to reach out to new customers, understand their goals, and identify how Autobooks can support those goals while implementing the systems and processes to optimize the Customer Success team’s performance. You’ll also spend time answering questions from your fellow team members on new processes, opportunities for improvement, and customer edge cases.
